Warranty Policy
At GBZ Fishing Rods, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Our goal is to provide dependable fishing gear that performs season after season.
Limited Warranty
GBZ Fishing Rods are covered by a limited one (1) year warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use.
If a rod is determined by GBZ Fishing Rods to have a manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion:

Replace the product with the same or a comparable model, or

Issue store credit if a replacement is unavailable.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects in materials

Defects in workmanship
-
Failures that occur during normal fishing use due to a manufacturing defect
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Accidents, abuse, or misuse

Improper storage or transportation
-
High sticking (lifting excessive weight with the rod tip)

Impact damage, including drops or striking hard objects

Damage caused by vehicles, doors, or stepping on the rod

Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or fading

Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Damage caused by using the rod outside of its intended purpose
Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim, please provide:

Your name and contact information.

Proof of purchase.

Photos showing the damaged area.

A brief description of how the damage occurred.

Warranty Limitations
GBZ Fishing Rods is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including lost fishing time, lost tournament winnings, travel expenses, or damage to other equipment.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state or country.
